How long have you lived in Bay City? If you weren't born there, how did you end up there?
I have resided in Bay City for the past two years. Prior to that, I spent 11 years living in Saginaw. I arrived in the United States in 2010 with the intention of pursuing a Business Degree at SVSU.
What is your favorite thing about the community?
One of my favorite aspects of this community is the strong sense of support and connection. Having moved here two years ago, I have experienced firsthand the closeness that exists within this community. It is heartwarming to witness how small businesses rally together, offering support and treating each other like family.
Who are the people most important to you (family/friends)?
The people who hold the utmost importance in my life are my two daughters. As a mother to two young girls, they serve as constant reminders for me to embrace the childlike essence of life—pure, simple joy, and playfulness. Their presence brings immense happiness and meaning to my world.

You have had quite an interesting life journey - shamangelic breathwork facilitator, theta healing practitioner, holographic sound healer, reiki master. How long have you been a practitioner? How have these roles and related education and wisdom you've gained prepared you for your non-profit endeavor?
I have been on an incredible journey of personal growth and self-discovery, exploring various healing modalities and roles such as a Shamangelic Breathwork Facilitator, Theta Healing Practitioner, Holographic Sound Healer, and Reiki Master. These roles have been an integral part of my life for several years, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of energy work, healing practices, and the power of intention.

My experiences as a practitioner have prepared me in numerous ways for my non-profit endeavor. Firstly, they have instilled in me a strong sense of service and a deep desire to contribute to the well-being of others. Through my healing work, I have witnessed the transformative power of supporting individuals on their healing journeys, and this has fueled my passion for creating positive change in the world.
Additionally, my education and wisdom gained from these healing modalities have provided me with valuable tools and insights. They have enabled me to cultivate a heart-centered approach, emphasizing compassion, empathy, and understanding. These qualities are essential in the realm of non-profit work, as they allow me to connect with others, build meaningful relationships, and create a safe and supportive environment within the organization.

Moreover, my personal healing journey has taught me the importance of authenticity and self-discovery. It has allowed me to find my true self and voice, providing a solid foundation for leading a non-profit organization. By embracing my own growth and transformation, I am able to guide others towards their own paths of healing and self-discovery.
Ultimately, the combination of my healing modalities, personal journey, and passion for service has led me to the realization that creating a non-profit organization is a natural extension of my desire to support others. By bringing together like-minded individuals and providing a platform for community engagement, I aim to inspire collective growth, well-being, and a shared sense of purpose. Through our collective efforts, we can each contribute to living our lives to the fullest and making a positive impact in the world.

As part of your Inner Sensory Healing business, what have you found to be the most helpful treatments for your clients?
I have found that the most helpful treatments for my clients vary depending on their individual needs and goals. Each healing modality is tailored to address specific areas of concern and promote overall well-being.
One powerful combination that I have found particularly effective is Theta Healing and Shamangelic Breathwork. Theta Healing focuses on accessing the subconscious mind, where deep-seated patterns and limiting beliefs reside. Through this modality, clients can uncover and release these subconscious blocks, allowing for transformation and positive change.

Shamangelic Breathwork, on the other hand, is a practice that involves deep, conscious breathing to access and release stored emotions, anxiety, stress, and unprocessed trauma. By engaging in this breathwork technique, clients can tap into their body's wisdom and release energetic and physical blockages, creating space for healing and rejuvenation.

When used together, Theta Healing and Shamangelic Breathwork provide a holistic approach to healing, addressing both the subconscious and physical aspects of well-being. By combining these modalities, clients can experience profound shifts and find relief from emotional burdens, energetic imbalances, and physical ailments.
However, it is important to note that the most helpful treatments for clients ultimately depend on their unique needs, preferences, and readiness for healing. As a practitioner, my role is to listen, understand, and tailor the treatments to best support each individual's healing journey. By offering a personalized approach, I strive to provide the most beneficial and transformative experiences for my clients.
We both shared a birthday on the Summer Solstice. I see you offer birthday healings as part of your Inner Sensory Healing business. What does that involve?
Birthday healings as part of my Inner Sensory Healing business offer a unique opportunity to explore and heal the emotions and energetic imprints associated with one's birth and the experiences surrounding it.
During the birthing process, we absorb and assimilate various emotions and energies from our mother and the environment. These early experiences can shape our perceptions, beliefs, and relationships throughout our lives. By revisiting the moment of our birth through a healing session, we can bring awareness to the emotional charges and imprints that may still be influencing us.
Birthday healing involves creating a sacred space where we delve into the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may arise around the time of our birthdays. Through various healing techniques, such as energy work, breathwork, guided visualization, and intuitive insights, we explore and release any unresolved emotions or energetic imbalances associated with our birth and early life experiences.
The purpose of birthday healing is to bring healing, understanding, and integration to these significant moments in our lives. By revisiting and processing any unresolved emotions or energetic imprints, we can release the emotional charges and gain a deeper sense of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and empowerment.
It is important to note that birthday healing sessions are tailored to each individual's unique experiences, needs, and intentions. The healing process is gentle, supportive, and guided by the client's comfort level and readiness for exploration and healing.

By embracing the opportunity to heal and transform the emotional imprints associated with our birth, we can create a more harmonious and empowered relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
In your journey so far, what books have played the biggest role in your evolution and understanding?
In my personal journey, two books that have played significant roles in my evolution and understanding are Maybe It's You:Cut the Crap. Face Your Fears. Love Your Life. by Lauren Handel Zander and "I Am Word: A Guide to the Consciousness of Man's Self in a Transitioning Time" by Paul Selig.
Maybe It's You by Lauren Handel Zander: This book offers powerful insights and practical tools for personal growth and self-discovery. It delves into the concept of taking personal responsibility for our lives and challenges readers to examine their patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be hindering their progress. Through its no-nonsense approach, the book encourages readers to embrace honesty, self-reflection, and accountability, leading to transformative shifts and personal empowerment.
I Am Word is part of a series by Paul Selig, who channels spiritual teachings and wisdom. I Am Word offers profound insights and guidance on understanding our true nature and our innate connection to the divine. It explores the power of our words, thoughts, and intentions, and how they shape our reality. Through the teachings in this book, readers can gain a deeper understanding of their spiritual essence and how to align with their highest potential.
Both of these books have contributed to my personal growth by offering unique perspectives, practical tools, and transformative teachings. They have expanded my understanding of self-awareness, personal responsibility, and the power of intention in creating the life I desire. These books have served as catalysts for self-reflection, growth, and transformation on my journey.
What's your favorite thing to do to relax?
One of my favorite ways to relax is by curling up on my couch with a good book and a journal. It's a cozy and comfortable spot where I can immerse myself in the pages of a captivating story or delve into introspection through writing. Spending time on my couch, surrounded by a sense of warmth and tranquility, allows me to unwind, escape into different worlds, and engage in self-reflection. It's a peaceful retreat where I can disconnect from the busyness of the outside world and find solace in the simple pleasures of reading and journaling.
How do you start your day to ensure you are in a positive headspace and are able to meet the day's activities with grace and openness?
I have developed a morning routine that helps me align my mind, body, and spirit:
1. Upon waking up, I take a moment to check in with myself, noticing how I feel and recalling any dreams I may have had. This helps me establish a connection with my inner state and bring awareness to my subconscious experiences.
2. I express gratitude and say a prayer, thanking my guides for a restful night and inviting their support and guidance throughout the day. I set an intention for the day, focusing on qualities or goals I want to embody.
3. I do a gentle stretch to awaken my body and release any physical tension. This simple act helps me reconnect with my physical presence and promotes a sense of well-being.
4. Before diving into any tasks, I prioritize writing down my dreams. Recording them helps me capture any symbolic messages or insights that may have been revealed during the night.
5. I engage in a brief meditation session to center myself and cultivate inner peace and clarity. This allows me to quiet my mind, let go of any distractions, and create a calm and focused mindset.
6. I step outside to connect with nature, checking on my plants and immersing myself in the serenity of the outdoors. This connection with the natural world helps me ground myself and appreciate the beauty and abundance around me.
7. Finally, I hydrate my body by drinking water and set the tone for a positive morning by playing uplifting music that resonates with my soul. This sets a joyful and vibrant energy for the rest of the day.
By incorporating these practices into my morning routine, I prioritize self-care, mindfulness, and connection with the higher aspects of myself and the world. This helps me start each day with a positive mindset and a sense of openness to whatever unfolds.
